Catelijne Muller is an experienced advisor on European Affairs and Public Policy and member of the main Dutch and European Committees on Social, Economic and Labour Policy. In the Netherlands she advises the Trade Union Confederation for Professionals (VCP).
Catelijne is member of the High Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence of the European Commission.
She is founder of ALLAI Nederland, a Dutch multi-stakeholder alliance on Artificial Intelligence aimed at bringing together all stakeholders to achieve Responsible AI.
She is President of the Thematic Study Group on AI of the European Economic and Social Committee. She was Rapporteur of the EESC opinion on AI & Society.
She also founded Muller AI, a consultancy and strategy firm on “Responsible AI”.
Previously, Catelijne worked as a Dutch qualified lawyer for 14 years.
